ScreenScroll

Terms of Service

Last updated 13 August 2026

These terms govern your use of the ScreenScroll browser extension and this website, both provided by Amplifai Your Business LLC, 118 Castlewood Drive, Apt 129, North Palm Beach, FL 33408, United States. Installing or using ScreenScroll means you accept them.

1. What you get

The free version of ScreenScroll captures pages and saves them as images or a single-page PDF, and it stays free. ScreenScroll Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks the editor, paper-size PDFs, the address stamp and the capture history. Pro is not a subscription and does not renew.

2. Your licence

A Pro purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use ScreenScroll Pro on up to five browsers that you use. You may move the licence between your own browsers freely. You may not sell, sublicense, publish or share your key. A key found published or shared beyond personal use may be deactivated.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars and may change for future purchases, but the price you paid is the price you paid.

4. Refunds

Digital products are non-refundable and all sales are final. If ScreenScroll does not work for you, write to us within 7 days of purchase at support@apps.amplifaiyourbusiness.com and we will consider a discretionary refund. We would rather fix the problem, so tell us what went wrong first. Starting a chargeback without contacting us first will result in your licence being deactivated.

5. Acceptable use

Use ScreenScroll lawfully. Do not use it to capture material you have no right to capture, to infringe anyone's copyright or privacy, or to collect personal data about people without their knowledge. You are responsible for what you capture and what you do with it.

6. No warranty

ScreenScroll is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Browsers change, websites change, and some pages cannot be captured at all. Chrome itself blocks screenshots on its internal pages, the Web Store and the PDF viewer, and that is not something we can work around.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to ScreenScroll is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months or one hundred US dollars. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or lost time.

8. Availability

The extension works offline. The licence server may occasionally be unavailable, and ScreenScroll is deliberately built so that this never takes away access you have already paid for. We may discontinue the licence server with reasonable notice, and if we do we will provide a way to keep Pro working.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, on an individual basis. You and we each waive the right to participate in a class action or class arbitration.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted with a new date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice.
